Services

Our processes include:

• Induction heat treatment of shafts up to 84" in length.

• Induction hardening, induction annealing, tempering, heat staking and bonding.

• Experimental and prototype runs to high volume production. Our typical production turnaround time is one to seven days.

• In house design and fabrication of tooling at cost for medium and high volume production jobs. Our typical tooling lead time is one to four weeks.

• Our regular hours of operation are 7 AM to midnight daily. Weekend emergency service is available.
